What does your warranty cover?

We warranty our workmanship in writing: 1 year on concealed work, including roofing as installed; 90 days on exposed fixtures and devices; and 6 months on cosmetic finishes. Items found at the final walkthrough are handled on a 30-day punch list, and we schedule a check-in visit at about 11 months. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.

Do I get a written estimate before work starts?

Yes. Every estimate and scope is in writing before any work begins, and you can book a consultation online or by phone.

Can I roll the renovation into my mortgage?

Yes. With an FHA 203(k) or Fannie Mae HomeStyle loan, one mortgage can cover both the purchase and the repairs. We prepare the written bid your lender and 203(k) consultant require and then complete the work.

Which areas do you serve?

We work throughout Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties, including Detroit, Southfield, Royal Oak, Troy, Warren, Dearborn and surrounding Metro Detroit communities.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We handle the permits and inspections your project requires. Permit and plan-review fees vary by city, so we confirm them for your address when we price the job.

What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?

Older homes can hide issues. If we find one, we explain it and the cost in writing before any extra work is done, so there are no surprises on your final bill.
